I am a certified Life Coach & Image Consultant; founder and creator of Skin Deep. A concept which was birthed from my ability to move individuals to the next level. My mission is to help teen girls and woman with discovering their passion and true beauty from the inside out.

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Temple University and I have worked in the field of Social Work for over 25 years. Through my professional experience, I have developed a love for helping people and making them feel good. Helping people has been the driving force of my current inspiration to become a Life Coach. I have assisted countless individuals with being able to overcome barriers in their personal and professional lives.

As a member of Bethany Baptist Church, I was the leader of Becoming a Young Lady of Excellence for 7 years. It was a mentoring group to help teen girls recognize their strengths and to motivate them towards reaching their goals. I also headed a women's group called Journey To A New You which was designed to empower women into discovering their gifts and talents as well as true beauty from deep within.

Image Consulting came about through my obsession with the fashion industry. The saying, "You look good, you feel good" has been my life's motto. After countless request from family and friends I decided to challenge myself to expand my knowledge to help others who may be feeling stuck. My own life can best be described as a never ending roller coaster ride, with many ups and downs, twist and turns but I have always managed to persevere. It is my mission that Skin Deep will provide that same motivation to help propel individuals beyond their obstacles into their destiny by maximizing their full potential!
